Public Safety Power Shutoffs Continue Overnight to Protect Communities from Wildfire Risk

Due to elevated fire weather conditions and Santa Ana winds, Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) will remain in effect for circuits located in our region’s high fire risk areas overnightto help reduce wildfire risk and protect public safety. Depending on conditions SDG&E may initiate PSPS in additional communities overnight. Potentially affected customers can expect to be notified of an impending public safety power shutoff by calls, text messages and emails.

Customers can track PSPS conditions and find vital information including affected communities, Community Resource Center locations and hours, and other support resources at sdge.com/ready.
